Here are some details.!!
It produces 25 bhp at 5500rpm, 38nm of torque at 4000rpm.
It does 0 to 60 in 5.3 seconds. It does 0 to 100 in 14 seconds.

The main differences between 500 and 535 are-

capacity increased from 499 to 535
change in piston design.
change in ring design.
compression ratio increased from 6.5:1 to 7.2:1
Bhp increased from 22 to 25@ 5500 rpm
Torque increased from 35 nm to 38 nm @ 4000rpm.
changed rocker bearing design.
Changed oil pump plunger size which results in increased oil flow by 70%.
Change in carb main jet from 110 to 117.5.
Changed carb needle.
changed carb boul. It is deeper.
All this results in increase in performancr throught the rpm range.

  3. The Machismo 350 cc Petrol-

    Has a big silencer and 2 brake shoes and a 7 inch front brake drum.(prone to getting stuck on long rides)
    Gives a mileage of abt 30 - 35 Km per litre.

Note: All (at least most of them!) models come in 6V and 12 V battery. My experience is get a 6V system and boost it up by putting a custom made 8V battery.
